The residence Borgo da Mare is located in the historical centre of Monteprandone, a medieval fortress situated on a hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The residence was opened in 2008 following the restoration of two houses of architectural beauty dating from the 1500s and share the only garden in the historical centre of the town. Monteprandone is in Italy near the border between the Marche and Abruzzo regions and only 5 km from the seaside resort of San Benedetto del Tronto.
Borgo da Mare has 11 Holiday Apartments and 2 double bedrooms, a fitness and relaxation area, a pool room, a large garden with a hydro massager and a piano bar where guests can enjoy a generous continental breakfast, served by the pool.
Each apartment has air conditioning, a kitchenette (fitted kitchen area), two flat-screen digital televisions, internet and Wi-Fi, a safety-security box and an elegant bathroom.
