Nuova Fattoria Palazzeta is a beautiful residence of new construction in Cecina, in Tuscany, close to the sea and the centre of the village, situated in a quiet place in the typical landscape of the Tuscan countryside.

Cecina is a small town, perfect for families with children who will find here sandy beaches and clean sea (Blue flag from 2006), beautiful pinewoods, bike paths towards the most beautiful Tuscan cities, water parks and many possibilities of fun.

New Apartments: All apartments are new (year 2014), furnished according to the criteria of bio-building and of bio architecture. Each apartment has independent entrance, private garden, parking place, washing machine, almost all of them are equipped with air conditioning and a dishwasher. The Internet connection is available in the pool area and in some apartments.

Beautiful swimming pool: large, beautiful swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrellas, divided into 2 parts: the first suitable for younger children, the second suitable for the elder ones.

Playground, a true paradise for children. Inside Nuova Fattoria Palazzeta children will also find a games area, a track with electric and petrol cars, bicycles, a playground for playing football and plenty of space to run in total freedom and security.

Restaurant: at the poolside is located a new piano bar/restaurant, in which it is possible to order breakfast, drinks and small dishes.

Excursions: the art cities of Florence (1 hour), Pisa (50 min), Siena (1,5 hours), Lucca (1 hour), the most beautiful villages of Tuscany (Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, San Gimignano, Volterra) and the Island of Elba are all within easy reach for daily excursions.

Wine Road: it is possible to visit the path from Rosignano Marittimo in San Vincenzo, through ancient villages, landscapes, vineyards, farms and wineries. Ideal for lovers of good Tuscan wine.

Sports and activities for children: in the immediate surroundings of Nuova Fattoria Palazzeta it is possible to practice windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing, sailing, horse riding, tennis and skating. Children can have fun in the water village of Cecina, and visit the playgrounds of Cavallino Matto and the suspended garden.

Our opinion: we visit each year Nuova Fattoria Palazzeta together with our 2 children. Each time it is difficult to take them away. The place is a paradise for children and perfect for families. The beaches and pine forests are located 2 km away and can be reached easily also by bicycle. The place is perfect also for practice cycling (bicycles and mountain bikes are available on request).
